All student film productions must complete a a Production Approval Form and have it approved at least two business days prior to equipment checkout.
***Productions without approval will not be cleared to pick up equipment***
Step 1. Visit the Moody Equipment Reservation procedures page to create your project. You may reserve equipment.
Step 2. Fill out a the online Production Approval Form. Be sure to upload your shooting script when prompted.
