End of workday goal is for all of them to explain their project, and their scope to me or a veteran BPS member (or Prat or Ishan).

  • changing new member projects - Daybreak centric

  • Daybreak Bearing Inserts - research on radial loads and bearing selection - select our new bearings

  • Daybreak Control Arms - CAD new ones to account for bearing inserts and groove machining (work in conjunction w ^ previous member)

  • Pushrod Manufacturing - they can lowkkk research some of the loads on pushrods, manufacture and helicoil new pushrod, maybe look into why we use those rod ends if they get bored

  • Maybe one will help steering on tie rod re-manufacturing and helicoiling
