Setup the Tripod first
Spread the legs of the tripod to the width you think will be wide enough to support the tripod |  | ||||||
Adjust the length of the legs so they are even and the desired height you want the camera |  | ||||||
The knob underneath the tripod head will allow adjustment of the head so you can level it using the yellow Bubble on the tripod head |  | ||||||

Turning the knob on the side of the tripod will allow you to adjust the handle on the tripod. |  | ||||||
| Screw in the tripod plate in the "third" smaller hold and tighten |  | ||||||
Pull Latch shown here to unlock the plate and push it in to lock the plate on to the tripod
