| Choose to Export Video and Export Audio |  Go to Video>Basic Video Settings Change to 1920 x 1080 23.976 Field Order - Progressive Aspect - Square Pixels  Video Codec = Apple ProRes 422 or HQ |

Then choose Audio Options Click on the "triangle" twirlldown |

| Make sure Stereo is selected |

Next on the source options make sure the Entire Sequence is selected Or if you had in and outpoints marked choose Source In/Out |

| Click on Output Name - and choose where you want to save the file. |

| Navigate to your hard drive and title the file Click Save |
