   Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu.

2. Summary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email. 
3. What can we help you with today?: Enter as much information you can to allow Business Services Finance and Administration to assist you.
4. Attachments: Attach any screenshots or additional information if needed.
5. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your email at the bottom of the request.
6. Click Send to submit request.
