  1. Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
    Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu. 
    For more information on logging in go to EM Jira Service Management
  2. Summary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email. 
  3. Department: Select from drop down menu.
  4. Supervisor Name: Enter name of UTEMP's EM supervisor.
  5. Supervisor EID: Enter the UTEMP's EM supervisor's EID.
  6. Supervisor Email Address: Enter the UTEMP's EM supervisor's email address.
  7. Supervisor location: Enter office or building location for the supervisor.
  8. Position Title: Enter title of position.
  9. Hourly Rate: Enter hourly pay rate for UTEMP. Enter "$" is not required.
  10. Start Date: Select student's start date from pop-up calendar.
  11. End Date: Select student's end date from pop-up calendar.
  12. Hours per week: Enter scheduled work hours for the UTEMP.
  13. Is this a temp to hire request?: Select yes, no, or none
  14. Will the UTemp need an ID?: Select yes, no, not sure, or none
  15. Additional Comments/Notes: Enter any additional information related to UTEMP hire.
  16. Attachment: Upload any documentation supporting the UTEMP hire request.
  17. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
  18. Click Send to submit request.
