IMPORTANT: If the depositor 's is has an elevated AILLA account (used for self-deposit privileges), then they should either set up a regular user account to use for the demo or ask AILLA staff to downgrade their account to that of a regular AILLA user (temporarily). This way, the demo experience will reflect the experience of a regular registered AILLA user account.

- Where to create a user account (ideally this should be done before the demo if possible. AILLA personnel have to manually approve all account requests, so it can take several hours to several days, depending on when the request comes in.)
- Once their account is approved, they will get an email directing them to set a password. They must follow the link in the email to set up their password and log in. Next, they will have to log out and then log in again before they can access any files.
