In the event that a student needs to cancel or change an appointment, you can do it for them or they can cancel take care of it in through their account. If a student needs to reschedule, either you or the student should create a new appointment and then "Cancel" the old appointment AND . To create a the new appointment, follow the instructions under "Booking Appointments".  

Below are instructions for you to help cancel their appointment. Be sure to ask if they would like help rescheduling the appointment. Also, please remind students that 24-hour notices for cancellations are appreciated.

     5. Re-confirm that the student would like to cancel, read the appointment details back to them, and if they confirm, click "Cancel Appointment".
