Instead of immediately printing to the WIN Staff Ricoh MP C2550 C4503 or WIN Faculty Ricoh MP 4001 MPC 5503 printers, you have the option to Hold or will need to set the Preset to Lock your print jobs. When you Hold Lock a print job, it will not hold all print jobs until you retrieve it from the copier. When you Lock a print job, it does the same thing, except you can choose a numeric code to input to retrieve the jobthe job with your numberical Password. If you do not remember your password, please see main office.
Like in the printer instructions, you can save these settings as a Preset.
