Check your your Registration Info Sheet (RIS) for for registration holds. There should be a link that will direct to how to remove the hold.
Types of Registration Holds
Admissions Office hold: this hold indicates that you need to send your final high school or college transcript to UT Admissions.
Advising holdHold: this hold will be cleared after your one-on-one advising session with your Academic Advisor, Mark-Anthony Zuniga.
Dean of Students - Emergency Contact Information hold: this hold indicates that you must update your emergency contact information. You may update and confirm your information, here.
Financial hold: Please review your What I Owe page for information.
Financial Responsibility Statement hold: this hold indicates that you must sign your financial responsibility statement. You may view and sign your statement, here.
International Briefing and Check-In (IBC) hold: All international students must complete Texas Global’s Check-in prior to their orientation session. For more information, visit their their website.
Medical hold: this hold indicates that you must complete University Health Services’ (UHS) medical clearance requirements. For more information, visit their website.
Student Accounts Receivable – Financial Responsibility Statement hold: this hold indicates that you must sign your financial responsibility statement. You may view and sign your statement, heretheir website.
Texas Success Initiative (TSI) hold: this hold indicates that you must complete Texas Success Initiative requirements prior to or during orientation. If you have any questions about this hold, please contact the TSI Office.
