- If you do not have a PRC Account or a Project Server Account, please contact your project manager to have them request you an account.
- If you have a PRC account or a Project Server Account and you don't remember your credentials, please check https://stache.utexas.edu.
- Make sure you have set up DUO. Access to the PRC Stats Server or the PRC Project Servers requires two-factor authentication using DUO. If you have issues setting up DUO, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 512-475-9400.
- Make sure you have the UT VPN App installed. If you are using your personal computer or you will need to install the UT VPN App. If you are using a PRC-managed desktop, you will need to install the UT VPN Appplease submit a request to help@prc.utexas.edu to have the VPN app installed. PRC-managed laptops have the UT-VPN app installed.
- Set up a remote connection to the PRC Stats Server or the PRC Project Servers. Refer to the Setting Up a Remote Connection.
