Pricing & Payment

A What-I-Plotted ' report statement is sent on a weekly basis sent directly to your email for you to review the itemized charges. Those plot charges are totaled in sent to your What-I-Owe account each month. More information for What-I-Owe can be found on Understanding WIO Charges.

Pricing may be found on Plotting Costs & Estimates as well as being posted in the Technology Lab.

Charge Issue Disputes

Quality Issue

In most cases plots that have

Disputes

If your plot has quality issues this is likely a result of your file or the plotting equipment. Technology Lab staff can assist you in identifying where the issue originated from and will work with you to resolve it or document the incident.

File Issues

The submitter is responsible for the cost of the plot if the issue falls within the column of 'File file issues'. If the plot is resubmitted, the submitter is responsible for all costs.

Quality problems may be indicative of a issue with file issue. Those issues may present themselves in multiple ways.

Equipment Issues

Broken plotters can cause issues for everyone. Smudging or streaking should be immediately reported to Technology Lab staff so that we can work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that the incident time-frame is documented.

The submitter is responsible for notifying Technology Lab staff of equipment issues as soon as they are noticed. Any plots submitted after the initial report until the issue is resolved will be subject to administrative review to determine a final discounted cost across all affected submitters.
