- Verify it is a good date for your class to leave.
- If there is a re-schedule, you need to start over at step 1.
- Verify that you will meet ratios for the field trip.
- Notify families of the field trip in your weekly email.
- Get permission (template).

- Emergency contact info for all children (in backpack)
- First aid kit (in backpack)
- All allergy plans, forms, and medication (in backpack)
- Nametag with PPFCFL and contact info on it (in backpack)
