Submit a ticket- there are 2 ways to access the ticketing system 1) use the LIT Help Request icon in your dock or 2) use the link offered on the UTL Sharepoint website:

Use the official support channel to request assistance. That is always linked in Sharepoint in the “Help” tab on the right side of the screen. Please refrain from directly emailing the LITS staff for support.
If you are unable to submit a ticket, email or call Library Information Services and let them know you were unable to submit a ticket. 495-4115 or mcs@lib.utexas.edu
