Submit a ticket- there are 2 ways to access the ticketing system 1) use the LIT Help Request icon in your dock or 2) use the link offered on the UTL Sharepoint website:

Use the official support channel to request assistance. Please refrain from directly emailing LITS staff for support.
If you are unable to submit a ticket, email or call Library Information Services and let them know you were unable to submit a ticket. 495-4115 or mcs@lib.utexas.edu
