1) Log into Qualtrics. In the list of surveys, find "Faculty Editorial Support Request Form.

• Click the "Data & Analysis" tab

• Go to "Export & Import" dropdown menu in the top right corner:

3) Select "Export Data":

4) From this menu, download all results to an Excel file. Note that this will download results for all faculty who have submitted a form in the College, so you will need to filter results for your department only.:

In addition to their teaching and research responsibilities, faculty are also expected to be involved in advising, counseling and other student services, administrative and committee service at the department, college, and university level, along with public service activities.
