The lecture involves the use of of Bayesian inference Using Using Gibbs ibbs Sampling (BUGS). There are several implementations of BUGS; we'll use OpenBUGS. You should download this software before class. Be aware that it will take a bit of time to get this running on OSX! (It's straightforward for Windows users) If you're having trouble with the download and installation, try to come to class about 10-15 minutes early and Nichole or Kelly can help youfor assistance.
