Prior to sending your If you are printing a poster to print, you must present at a conference, make sure to have an RTA on file prior to submitting your request. Poster Printing Steps

1) Create your poster in PowerPoint, save as a PDF in the size file you wish to have printed.

2) Email your PDF to posterprinting@lib.utexas.edu.CC Erin Machell (erin.machell@austin.utexas.edu)

Have your poster ready by no later than one week out from the date that you need it. This allows for plenty of time should anything go wrong with the file.

2) Follow instructions on the printing services website to submit your order.

  • discuss payment method with Erin Machell; payment will be issued via interdepartmental transfer, procard or travel award/professional development award (via direct deposit). Your faculty supervisor may pay for printing services if they provide an account number for interdepartmental transfer.
3) Pick up
  • When your poster is ready, you will be contacted by Copier Services (allow 1-2 business days from submission date).

If you have made prior arrangements for a faculty member to cover the cost of your poster, please provide a receipt from Copier Services to Shelby via email for reimbursement. the library system is down and you are unable to submit your poster for printing, discuss the option to print through document solutions with Erin.
