Reserving rooms in FAC:  go to the room scheduling website.  Click “reserve room” and follow the instructions provided. Reserving classroom and meeting space elsewhere on campus: call the UT Registrar’s Room Scheduling service (512-475-7600).  To see which rooms are available for your desired time, go to: http://registrar.utexas.edu/staff/rooms and, next to “GPCs by semester”, click on the semester you’re interested in).  Room schedulers will ask for certain characteristics to search for in their room database, including dates, seating capacity, furniture set up, media support, and preferred area of campus.
