- Individual faculty meetings with Dept. Chair (except 1st-year, Comprehensive, or Mid-Probationary)
- 1st-Year merit materials due
- Budget Council meets to vote on which faculty will go up for promotion, discuss any unsatisfactory reviews.
- Reviews of 1st-year faculty
- Dept. Chair meets with 1st-year, Mid-Probationary, & Comprehensive Post-Tenure faculty
- Teaching Observation Reports completed & submitted to Dept. Chair

- October 1 – Merit , Comprehensive Post-Tenure, Mid-Rank (Associate) Reviews and Mid-Probationary materials dueDocuments Due (FAR, Publication Database, CV & Faculty Reflection Summaries)
- Note: to be eligible for a merit raise, review materials must be submitted by this deadline.
- October 1 – Committee Chairs MeetingOctober 1–November 10 14 – Box Folders ready for Review Committees
- October 17- February 6 – Review committees meet & complete reviewsOctober 25 – Meritsummaries
- February 1 – Deadline to invoke right of consideration
- February 7 – Completed Merit Reviews, Comprehensive Post-Tenure, Mid-Rank (Associate) Reviews Term and Mid-Probationary materials due
