Dates & Deadlines - 2022 Review

• October 1 – Merit , Comprehensive Post-Tenure, Mid-Rank (Associate) Reviews and Mid-Probationary materials dueDocuments Due (FAR, Publication Database, CV & Faculty Reflection Summaries)
• Note: to be eligible for a merit raise, review materials must be submitted by this deadline.
• October 1 – Committee Chairs Meeting with committee membersOctober 25 – Merit14 – Box Folders ready for Review Committees
• October 17- February 6 – Review committees meet & complete summaries
• February 1 – Deadline to invoke right of consideration
• February 7 – Completed Merit Reviews, Comprehensive Post-Tenure, Mid-Rank (Associate) Reviews Term and Mid-Probationary materials due
  Note: to be eligible for a merit raise, review materials must be submitted by this deadline.
• October 25 – Committee Chairs Meeting with Dept. Chair 
• October 25–November 29 – Review committees meet & complete reviews
• November 30 – Completed Merit Reviews Due

• December 6-December 13 February 10 – Budget Council Meeting to vote on which faculty will go up for promotion, and will discuss any unsatisfactory Comprehensive, Mid-Probationary and Mid-Rank reviews.
• February 20- Comprehensive Memo due to dean’s office.
•  February 20-24 (week of)– Individual faculty meetings with Dept. Chair
  All TT and NTT Professional Track faculty, unless they’re a 1^st-year faculty or received a Comprehensive, Mid-Probationary or Mid-Probationary Rank review.
• February 1 – Deadline to invoke right of consideration, Comprehensive Post-Tenure and Mid-Probationary Reviews Due and 1^st Year Faculty Merit Materials Due
• February (1^st week) – Budget Council Meeting to vote on which faculty will go up for promotion, and will discuss any unsatisfactory Comprehensive or Mid-Probationary reviews
• February 1 – 28 – Reviews of 1^st Year Faculty20: 1^st Year Faculty Merit Materials Due
• March 1 –-15 – Department Chair Meetings with 1^st Year Faculty, Mid-Probationary Faculty, Mid- Rank and Comprehensive Post-Tenure Faculty
• March 1-31 – By March 31, notify faculty member of upcoming Post-Tenure Review AY23-24
