There are two options for email at UT.

UTmail - Which is available to students, faculty and staff and is made available through Google.

Go to the Microsoft 365 Login Page
- Visit the updated Microsoft 365 portal for UT Austin: https://office365.austin.utexas.edu/.
Log in with Your UT EID Credentials
- On the login page, enter your UT EID (University of Texas Electronic Identifier) followed by @eid.utexas.edu as the username.
  For example: yourEID@eid.utexas.edu.
- Click "Next" to proceed.
Enter Your UT EID Password
- Enter the password associated with your UT EID and click "Sign In."
- If prompted, complete the Duo Two-Factor Authentication process to verify your identity.
Access Your Email and Office Apps
- Once logged in, you’ll have access to:
  - Outlook for email.
  - OneDrive for cloud storage.
  - Other Office 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Set Up Mobile Access (Optional)
- To access your Microsoft 365 email on your mobile device, download the Microsoft Outlook app from your device’s app store.
- Log in using the same credentials: yourEID@eid.utexas.edu and your UT EID password.
