How to Access Microsoft 365 Email and Services

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Login Page

   • Visit the updated Microsoft 365 portal for UT Austin: https://office365.austin.utexas.edu/.

2. Log in with Your UT EID Credentials

   • On the login page, enter your UT EID (University of Texas Electronic Identifier) followed by @eid.utexas.edu as the username.
     For example: yourEID@eid.utexas.edu.
   • Click "Next" to proceed.

3. Enter Your UT EID Password

   • Enter the password associated with your UT EID and click "Sign In."
   • If prompted, complete the Duo Two-Factor Authentication process to verify your identity.

4. Access Your Email and Office Apps

   • Once logged in, you’ll have access to:
     • Outlook for email.
     • OneDrive for cloud storage.
     • Other Office 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

5. Set Up Mobile Access (Optional)

   • To access your Microsoft 365 email on your mobile device, download the Microsoft Outlook app from your device’s app store.
   • Log in using the same credentials: yourEID@eid.utexas.edu and your UT EID password.
