Adobe Premiere Pro - How to Import Stereo Audio From Sound Mix

Click on the Sequence to export and choose >File>Export>Media or click "Command M"

– QuickTime
Click on Output Name and choose a destination for the exported file
Choose to export Video and Audio
Click on the Video Tab and choose – Apple ProRes 422 as the Video Codec
On Windows systems chose the AVID DNxHD codec
Basic Video Settings choose
1920 x 1080
Frame Rate - 23.976
Field Order – Progressive
Aspect – Square Pixels
Choose to "Export"
Anchor_GoBack_GoBackImage Removed

= QuickTime

Video Codec = Apple ProRes 422 or HQ

Then choose Audio Options

Click on the "triangle" twirlldown

Choose More

Image Added

Make sure Stereo is selected

Next on the source options make sure the Entire Sequence is selected

Or if you had in and outpoints marked choose Source In/Out

Click on Output Name - and choose where you want to save the file.

Navigate to your hard drive and title the file

Last step is to Click Export to begin exporting the file.
