Getting to the Management Page
Click While on a computer, click this link ➡️ http://bit.ly/utduo
Sign in with your UT EID and password.
When it asks you to enter a code, click the link that says, “Other options.”
Other Options
Click Manage devices to add a phone, Touch ID, and more.
This will take you to the management page, but first you’ll need to verify your identity
Verify Your Identity
📲 Phone call (Choose this option if
the phone number is correctyou kept your number or have your old phone with you.)
Answer the phone call.
Press any number on the
numberkey pad.
Hang up.

Device Management Page
Once you’re at the device management page, click “I have a new phone” and it will provide you with a QR code.
Scanning the QR Code
Download the Duo Mobile app and scan the QR code.

Tap Add or Reconnect 🔁
Scan the QR Code from the Device Management page.
