Getting to the Management Page

  • Click this link ➡️ http://bit.ly/utduo

  • Sign in with your UT EID and password

  • When it asks you to enter a code, click the link that says, “Other options.”

Other Options

  • Click Manage devices to add a phone, Touch ID, and more.

This will take you to the management page, but first you’ll need to verify your identity

Verify Your Identity

  • 📲 Phone call (Choose this option if the phone number is correct.)

    • Answer the phone call.

    • Press any number on the number pad.

    • Hang up.

  • 🔢 Bypass Code (Choose this option if the other verification methods don’t work)

Device Management Page

  • Once you’re at the device management page, click “I have a new phone” and it will provide you with a QR code.

  • Download the Duo Mobile app and scan the QR code.
