The candidate shall must review the list of review committee members internal reviewers (Section D.1012) to identify actual and potential conflicts of interest (COIs). The COIs should be expressed to, conflicts of interest must be shared with and resolved by , the dean , per (Section D.5, ) before the promotion review begins.
