If the candidate holds one or more joint appointments and if a joint appointment of at least 30% and the college/school corresponding to the secondary academic appointment requires any materials that are not required by the University as documented in these Guidelinesor the college/school corresponding to the primary appointment, those materials must be included in this subsection and placed in a folder entitled, “Additional Materials Required by <insert college/school name>” folder.
