Review committee members must not vote until after the evidence is compiled and reviewed.
Repeated voting to achieve unanimity within the BC/EC or CAC is not allowed.
The , votes from eligible committee members (Section A.4) must be recorded as “yes” or “no” on the voting sheet.
Eligible members are not permitted to “abstain” from voting. An eligible member who is unable to attend the committee discussion cannot vote and must be counted as “absent.”
