• • When you join a lab, you'll receive an invitation from Smartsheet to join our account.
    
    • For non-student research staff, the invitation will be sent to your email ending in "austin.utexas.edu"
    • For students, the invitation will be sent to your email ending in "utexas.edu"
    • Click on the link in the Smartsheet notification to create a password.
    • Note:  your invitation email address + the password you created become your Smartsheet login credentials.
    • You are added to our Smartsheet account as a free user; please do not sign up for a Smartheet license free trial.

• • Once in Smartsheet, go to "WorkApps" by clicking on the icon with four diamonds in the left-hand navigation bar.
    • Click on the purchasing app.  You'll then see a dashboard with instructions and a link to your lab's order form.
