Could not create the TCE plug-in's factory default file because the plug-in doesn't support the current sample rate. This error is occurring when the new install of ProTools. This wiki shows how to fix it. |

To fix this error delete the audio Midi Setup settings
Launch the Audio MIDI Setup |

Click on the ProTools Aggregate I/O and choose to delete it. click on the Minus Icon in the lower left and then close the audio MIDI setup When ProTools launches it will re-create it properly |
