After the initial prototype, we were able to verify that the overall mechanism functioned as expected. As a result, we believed the concept to be feasible and could be expanded upon to make a more complete and realistic exoskeleton prototype. The links below walk through the four main processes of the second phase of the project. These were: (1) the Overall Mechanism (as embodied in a SolidWorks model), (2) the Crank-Slider, (3) the Geneva Mechanism, (43) the Motion-Capture Study, and (54) Linkage Synthesis.
