WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER ACCESS TO ASPEN or @RISK.  AFTER CLASS, PLEASE USE THE COMPUTER LABS IN CPE TO COMPLETE YOUR ASPEN or @RISK HOMEWORK, IF THIS IS AN OPTION.  THE DEPARTMENT IS BILLED HOURLY WHEN LOGGED INTO THE

VIRTUAL DESKTOP.  YOUR EID WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY YOUR PROFESSOR OR TA BEFORE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE ASPEN VIRTUAL DESKTOP.  THANK YOU.

This article will walk you through the steps of accessing Aspen Plus the Virtual Desktop via a web browser. NOTE: YOU MUST follow the OneDrive setup steps, since that is the only way you will be able to access and save Aspen your files within the Virtual Desktop!

       5. Locate and click on the icon labeled "CHEE-AppS"

       6. Click on the AspenPlus Desktop icon

       7. Your virtual desktop session will now be started. Be patient, as this can take up to 2 minutes

      12. Open File Explorer, click This PC, and make sure your OneDrive folder appears there. When saving files within Aspen, this is the location you will save to. You can also logon to https://onedrive.live.com with your Office 365 account and upload Aspen files you would like to open with the Virtual Desktop.
