There is a Ricoh Printer/Copier/Scanner in SEA 1.432 available to all faculty and grad students. 

To add the HDFS SEA 1.432 Printer/Copier/Scanner to your computer:

Windows 10

  1. In Control Panel select 'Printers and Scanners'
  2. Select 'Add a printer' at the top right
  3. Select 'The printer that I want isn't listed'
  4. Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or host name' [Click 'Next']
  5. For IP address, type 172.17.3.130 and allow the Port Name to autocomplete [Click 'Next']
  6. Ensure 'Query the printer and automatically select driver to use' is checked [Click 'Next']
  7. Windows should automatically detect the correct driver. If not, select 'Windows Update' and browse to: Ricoh IM 6000 CFL6 V4 JPN or SEA 1.432: Ricoh IM 6000 [Click 'Next']
  8. Name the printer [Click 'Next']
  9. Choose to share or not [Click 'Next']
  10. The printer should be added [Click 'Finish']

Mac OS

  1. Open "System Preferences" and click on "Printers and Scanners"
  2. Click on the '+' or 'Add Printer' and that will bring up a new window
  3. Pick "IP" at the top of the window and choose 'Internet Printing Protocol - IPP' for the protocol
  4. The 'Address' is: 172.17.3.130 
  5. For 'Name' pick something that makes sense to you, and either choose whatever you like for 'Location' or you can leave it blank [Click 'Add']
  6.  The printer should be added.
