If there is a need to print from a non-UT managed Mac where UT Self Service is not installed, please submit a ticket to mech-it@austin.utexas.edu.


  1. Open Applications in Finder and launch/open “UT Self Service



  2. Under the Browse – All section, find the desire GLT printer(s) and click Install and wait until it says Done/Reinstall.



  3. Once the installation completes, verify the printers were installed by going to System Preferences/Settings and and then selecting "Printers & Scanners" from the left menu.

                    

  4. In the Printers & Scanners window you should see the printers installed as ME-GLT-Floor-2-Canon and ME-GLT-Floor-3-Canon.
