Per VPR: 3.3. Procedures to Request Exception for PI Status:
All College of Education PI status requests must be submitted through COERA who will assist with documentation and routing for approval through Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies. If the request is for a tenure-track position, approval is automatic and COERA will submit directly to OSP for immediate setup.
