The candidate must complete a table that contextualizes the caliber of the outlets (e.g., press, journal, conference, exhibition space, performance venue, etc.) in which their research, scholarship, and creative endeavors have appeared in rank.

This contextualization can include a description of the ranking of the impact of the outlet, acceptance rates, or other measures (if available) to help describe the outlet’s quality.

Colleges/schools are encouraged to develop their own template. In the absence of a required college/school template, candidates may choose their own formatting or use the University’s generic template.

In the absence of a list from the department/college/school regarding high-profile publications, the journal impact factor and the rank by journal citation indicator (https://jcr.clarivate.com/jcr/home) should be used to summarize the relative prestige of a journal.
