Supervisors can submit the New Employee Assistance request form for IT set-up such as email, data storage, and appplicaiton authorizations.
When filling out the form, please be as thorough as possible. For example the sample form below includes such items as the "Staff All" email list, specific department folder on either the N: drive or Box as well as specific printers. If it is not included access will not be provided.
Authorization for several applications such as the Law School Directory, purchasing requests, and help ticket requests are dependent on the new employee being added to the Law School directory. If your new employee does not have access to these applications, please contact the Law School HR department and have them added to the Law School Directory.
