Reservable Rooms
There are four meeting or breakout rooms at AHG. They each contain a whiteboard and monitor for display and presentation.
The Ping Pong Room (AHG 1.318)–
Located within the Faculty Studio (1.314)
For staff and faculty of SDCT only
Includes:
- Conference room style (~8-10 people)
- Worktable for meetings
- TV for projection
- Whiteboard for collaboration

How to Reserve Rooms
Use this Smartsheet to submit a request. AHG staff will email you with any questions about your reservation:

If you need to reserve board space (i.e. pin-up boards), please visit AHG directly. In some cases, you can hang up your work directly. If you are a faculty member wanting to hang up work, please let Nadia know ahead of time and follow the provided display template in the space. Please also refer to the pin up space policies listed on the signage within AHG.
- Prior to the start of your reservation time, a staff member will fill out a notice sheet and post it on the door or window of that room
- For faculty and staff reserving the Ping Pong room, a key will be provided on the day of your reservation.
