This section includes a bill of materials with part descriptions as well as wiring diagrams for our robot.
Bill of Materials:
- Arduino Uno - microcontroller with governing program logic (position limits, PID control on motor velocity, button input management)
- Dual MC33926 Motor Driver Shield - amplifies the PWM signal generated from the Arduino to be used by the motor
- 19:1 Metal Gearmotor 37Dx52L mm with 64 CPR Encoder (brushed DC Motor) - input motor to our arm
- Big Dome Pushbutton - large button which enables those without fine motor control to activate/deactivate the mechanism
- TRIAD Power Supply - outputs 12V to power the motor driver shield
