Instructor / High School Requesting a Trial of Quest

Process is as follows in OS Ticket:

Go to the Post Reply section and select "Instructor Sign Up - Sign-up form needed" canned response.
Sign name.
Ticket Status drop down menu should be set to "Resolved"
Click Post Reply to close the ticket.
