At the beginning of a semester, Teaching Assistants (TAs) of various professors will contact the Quest team for credentials. The process is as follows:
- Unless the OS Ticket request is from the professor, send an email from OSTicket to verify the individual is supposed to be a TA and which class(s)
- Follow the process in How to Add a High School Instructor - Newest Release
- Choose your institution (most of the time it will be University of Texas)
- The role a TA will have is "Contributing Editor"
