Once your design has been approved by the UGS Design Team, you can advertise your event in a number of ways. Email the communications team if you are uncertain about which options to pursue.
- Display printed flyers on campus kiosks
- Submit detailed information to the Events Calendar
- Submit a slide to be displayed on digital screens on campus
- Request space to display banners or a-frames
- Share event information on social media
- Reserve Space for tabling
- Send a campus-wide email
Different colleges and centers on campus use flat screen monitors to display digital slides. Each department has its own policies and deadlines, so please follow their instructions carefully.
