Contacting Undergraduates
We do not have contact lists for our undergraduates. In order to avoid spamming our students, we send e-newsletters to them through the Emma group email system. Emails need to be submitted for approval to Moody College's Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Kathleen Mabley, at least 24-hours in advance. For email RTF students, Elana Wakeman creates these e-newsletters (as well as social media posts); reach out to her if you have question or a need to communicate with undergraduates.
Update Your Faculty Profile / Official Contact Info
- To request edits to your RTF/Moody faculty web profile, contact Elana Wakeman .
- If you change your official UT email address, title, or phone number, please do the following:
- Update Workday.
- Update UT directory
- Request Rachel & RTF Office Manager to update listservs and contact lists.
- Ask Elana to update your faculty profile page on the RTF site.
- If your office location has changed, ask Rachel Walker to request that Moody College HR team change it in Workday.
