After the mailbox migration, the best way to confirm that your account has been successfully migrated is to log into the Outlook Web App or OWA. It is located at https://outlook.com/owa/utexas.edu.
Once the mailbox move becomes locked for move completion (during the migration window), you may see a disconnect notice informing you that your mailbox location is no longer valid or that your credentials are invalid.
Connecting To Your Office 365 email via OWA
- Launch a Web browser and go to the link located at https://outlook.com/owa/utexas.edu
.
- When prompted, enter your UT EID and EID password and click Sign In.
