UTBackup staff will generate a snapshot of the storage use for each top level org, taken at the end of each month.
Storage consumption tracking begins on December 1, 2011.
The report format will be a spreadsheet with date, customer org and usage in GB. This data will be emailed to all org billing contacts monthly.
Monthly usage reports are averaged and rounded up to the nearest GB.
August storage use billing will be lumped into the next fiscal year calculation.
Billing invoices will be issued starting in August, 2012.
