- Open the UTBackup Crash Plan client, log in with your UT EID and password.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click on the Account tab.
- In the PROe Server primary and secondary address fields, enter the server domain names given to you by your TSC.
- If the fields are locked (grayed out) and cannot be edited, you will likely have to do a standard uninstall and reinstall of the client to set the server addresses correctly.

- Click on the Save button at the bottom of the window.
