Guest EIDs cannot perform DUO, convert these to Resource accounts.
10/9/2018 UT Mail Date has passed and users who have not converted need to work with the Service Desk to set up their 2FA
Instructions:
- Transfer to Service Desk (512-475-9400)
- NOTE: The queue is long (30-60 minute wait), so warn them about the wait and do a COLD transfer to the Service Desk
- Service Desk will switch the account to personal, help them setup 2FA, then switch it back to business account
