ImageJ / FIJI Plugin
ImageJ / FIJI Plugin
We sometimes use ImageJ and FIJI to view, script, and process OCT datasets in Java. The GitHub project is available via Texas Github and users can be added by contacting Austin McElroy.
Step-by-step guide
- Download all the .jar files: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0BxsFb_7gCcW-dGdLZUlMRTF1SXc
- Place them in the ImageJ→Plugins folder.
- On Windows, this might look like C:\ImageJ\Plugins.
- On macOS, right click on the ImageJ or FIJI App bundle in Applications, and select view package contents. The plugins folder will be under that.
- If goes well, there will be an OCT menu item under Plugins
