Scheduling in Altru

Scheduled Program — Ticketed events that occur on specific days or times. Add a scheduled program, then schedule individual program events for each occurrence.

Pre-Registered Program — Scheduled programs that require registration. These programs have limited space and benefit from an attendee roster.

Daily Admission Program — For organizations who sell tickets all day and at all times for general admission.

Special Event — Non-program events such as fundraising galas. Special events provide project management tools such as expense tracking, task coordinators, invitations, and seating.

Multi-level Event — Multi-level or tiered special events, such as an arts festival that includes multiple separate events happening over a weekend.
